This is free streaming on Boomplay. I use the app Boomplay Lite on my ipad mini. There are adds, but only visual ones that don't interrupt the music stream. If you want to download a song you will have to watch a 30 second ad

The only sites where it is downloadable are at soundcloud, reverbnation, indiesounds and Boomplay.
The other ones there have free streaming
If there is another music site with a download option let me know, and I will set it up
